PCM Thermal Solutions has designed and developed heat exchanger systems that incorporate our PCMs (see bulk PCM pages) for the thermal management of data center standard 17", 19", and 23" racks. These heat exchangers are used to provide emergency cooling when the cooling system is out our as a the cooling system (to use with the day cycle). We can use either plastic packaged PCM’s or metal-encapsulated PCM’s. We can even help you with the testing and evaluation of your application when cooled with the custom heat exchanger.

PCM Thermal Solutions in cooperation with MJM Engineering Co. (www.mjm-engineering.com), can design and develop customized and tailor-made heat exchangers that incorporate PCM materials to suit all your needs.
We can use either plastic packaged PCM’s or metal-encapsulated PCM’s. You may pick from the list of PCM available temperatures, and we will design, develop, and deliver a prototype to you. We can even help you with the testing and evaluation of your application when cooled with the custom heat exchanger. We will also help you locate and work with the appropriate fabricator who will make the required number of units.
PCM heat exchangers can be used for either continuous removal of heat from outdoor enclosures, or they may used for emergency situations such as power outages in outdoor enclosures where the heat exchanger will remove the excess heat.
