NEW FEASIBILITY STUDIES; If you have a PCM thermal management project or idea but are not sure you want to commit a lot of time, money and resources, we can perform a limited feasibility study for $2,500-$3,000 (based on the project) in which we will assess various PCM cooling methodologies, develop proof of concepts, and provide a foundation for future work for your particular PCM application, idea or project. Heat Transfer Roll Analysis and Design
|
Heat transfer rolls function in a multitude of processes that typically consist of a continuously moving sheet, film or laminate (the product) that requires heat to be added, removed or contained. PCM Thermal Solutions has had over 10 years experience in the thermal analysis and design of heating and cooling rolls for a variety of industries such paper, paper converting, plastic film and photographic film applications. Common processes such as cast film, extrusion coating, extrusion coating laminating, sheet extrusion, printing, flame treating typically use cooling rolls. Laminating, embossing, curing, annealing, orienting and coating are examples of processes that utilize heating rolls.
We can design and analyze for both heating and cooling applications the following Rolls:

Steam Rolls
